• Always follow the correct conditions for storage (away from smells, heat and light). We store ours for 18 months roughly.
• The quality of olive oil is determined by its place of origin. The climate and soil, with the variety of olives and their cultivation, help us in its evaluation!
• We always offer certified product, in bottles or containers up to 5lt, on which we always put our full name and complete address.
• The colour of good olive oil varies between the open gold-green and dark green.
• We prefer olive oil with as low acidity as possible (the less, the better).
• We ensure that the lid of our bottles or containers is hermetically sealed.
